With this in mind, the 'Re-Animated' mod for New Vegas raises the game's animations up to - if not beyond - Fallout 4 standards. Gun poses look thoroughly badass, characters stand more upright, and Brotherhood soldiers posture like they're ready to cave your skull in, rather than like some extinct evolutionary ancestor to the homo sapiens. You can combine this with the Weapon Animation Replacers mod, which improves the ways characters hold weapons - from crouching to running - to make characters look ready for whatever nasty surprises they may stumble upon in the desert.

Creating a New Profile:

In order to keep a full installation of just the Core module handy, we will create a copy of the profile:

Click the button on the top bar of MO2
Click on the Viva New Vegas - Core profile and select Copy
Input Viva New Vegas - Visuals for the new name then click OK
Select the Viva New Vegas - Visuals profile from the profile drop-down

Creating a Separator in Mod Organizer 2

Right-click in the left pane of MO2 and select All Mods -> Create Separator
Input Visuals into the pop-up and select OK
Create another separator below that called Textures + Models + Animations

NOTE: The reason the guide uses the small version of the NMCs is that it has the best visual fidelity/performance ratio of any of the options. The large option has the exact same texture sizes as the medium pack, but just with higher resolution normal maps. This has a massive performance decrease for a hardly noticeable visual increase, as well as unavoidable stuttering and crashing. The medium option's LOD texture sizes are also too big, meaning FNVLODGen can't handle them properly. This results in entire missing chunks of LOD. It is HIGHLY recommended to just follow the guide and use the small option

Hides the textures for the solar panels at Helio One, since MG's has higher quality ones
