ClampFit on MacOSX Posted on January 4, 2011 by toeholds This is instructions to use the ClampFit from the pClamp suite for ion channel analysis on the Mac. The system this write-up is based on is OSX 10.6 (Snow Leopard), pClamp 10, and uses Winebottler 1.1.44. Download AxoGraph Installer for Mac OS X 10.4 to 10.14. Note: AxoGraph is a 32-bit app and can't run directly under MacOS 10.15 Catalina. However, a work-around is available, and a 64-bit version of AxoGraph is under development. Axon pCLAMP is a Shareware software in the category Miscellaneous developed by Axon pCLAMP. The latest version of Axon pCLAMP is currently unknown.

Program options

The pCLAMP11 software suite includes Clampex 11 software for data acquisition, AxoScope 11 software for background recording and Clampfit 11 software for data analysis.

Currently in version 11, pCLAMP™ Software fulfills many different experimental needs, such as synchronized stimulation, event detection, and online analysis. It is the most widely-used data acquisition and analysis program for the control and recording of voltage-clamp, current-clamp and patch-clamp experiments.
